
You don't have to be young to box just young at heart. This class is specifically designed for matured individuals 50 and over. This is a tailor made workout for seniors incorporating all of the fundamentals of a boxer's workout. You'll do skipping or modified cardio depending on physical limitations, pad work, bag work, shadow boxing and lots more heart healthy exercises in a fun and motivating environment. You will learn how to wrap your hands, boxing stance, footwork, defensive maneuvers, rhythm & Coordination and punch combinations. It is never too late to learn some new skills. You will learn how to hit heavy bags, focus mitts, reaction & counter punching and basic self-defense techniques.
