Small Group Training

Small Group Training is similar to our one on one personal training sessions only with a friend or two.  Sometimes working out is easier with a friend.  Mall Group training can be anywhere from 2 – 5 participants. Training sessions focus on your goals as individuals and a group and also include cardio, strength training, resistance training, weight loss, toning, fat burning or whatever your needs.
