Personal training is just that, Personal.  These sessions are designed especially for the individual to help them reach their particular goals whether using weights, resistance training, cardio, stretching, weight loss, weight gain, Boxing, Muay Thai, Sports Performance Training and more.

During the workout, the client is monitored and the client's progress is recorded. By doing so, this enables the trainer to give advice about lifestyle changes and more general information about health and nutrition.

ICAT’s trainers have well over 30 years of combined experience and are with the clients every step of the way.
