| Boot Camp |

Anywhere from 15 to 30 “stations” are set with a specific area targeted at each station for varying time intervals. Stations sometimes include jogging, sprinting, plyometrics, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, kettlebells, strength training, suspension training and a variety of other calisthenic exercises. The advantage of a boot camp is that the large group dynamic will often help motivate the participants. |
