Boxing for Fitness is a sixty minute body blast that incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer's workout. You'll do skipping, pad work, bag work, shadow boxing and lots more heart pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment. You will learn how to wrap your hands, boxing stance, footwork, defensive maneuvers, rhythm & Coordination and punch combinations. And that's not all you will learn how to jump rope, how to hit heavy bags, how to hit focus mitts, reaction & counter punching and basic self-defense techniques.
